Do I Need a Rewire?
You might need wiring or rewiring work if:
- Your property is over 25–30 years old and hasn’t been rewired
- You’re planning a renovation, extension or loft conversion

FAQs - Consumer Unit and Fuse Board Upgrades
A: Some disruption is unavoidable, especially with full rewires, but we always work as cleanly as possible – protecting your floors and furniture and patching up where needed.
A: It depends on the extent of the work. For full rewires, we often recommend moving out temporarily if possible. For partial rewires, we work around you to minimise disruption.
A: A full rewire typically takes 5–10 working days depending on property size. Partial rewires or upgrades may only take a day or two.
